Expedia Example

Expedia is a dynamic map generating system sponsored by the Microsoft.  Street level maps exist for North America and Europe.  Highway level maps are used for the rest of the world. Microsoft has apparently turned this server group off rendering the maps unusable.

The map is specified using the lat/lon of the center of the map (degrees) and the altitude in kilometers that the map is projected from.

Expedia maps, as with javAPRS, may only be used for personal and noncommercial purposes.

Note: Some browsers such as Netscape 4.x may not display the maps.
